A delicious apple sauce cake with optional raisins.

 1 cup Apple Sauce
 1.50 cups Sugar
 0.50 cup Butter
 2 Eggs
 2 cups Flour, sifted
 0.25 tsp Salt
 0.50 tsp Baking Soda
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground
 0.50 tsp Cloves, ground
 0.50 tsp Ginger, ground
 0.25 cup Raisins (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease and lightly flour a bundt or loaf pan.

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.

Add eggs, one at a time.

Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the mixture, alternating with adding portions of the apple sauce.

Fold in the raisins, if being used.

Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
