2022 Annual Plant Sale

The members of Tamanend Park Herb Gardening Club are proud to announce that the 37th Annual Plant Sale is happening!

Join us at the farmhouse in the back of Tamanend Park (1255 Second Street Pike, Southampton PA 18966)

Saturday, May 14
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Sunday, May 15
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

We offer thousands of culinary, ornamental and medicinal plants. We also offer hand-made crafts and baked goods. The annual plant sale supports local horticultural scholarships and educational programs.

Members have been working hard preparing for the 2022 plant sale.

Pre-orders are available for most of the plants we are selling. Click here to access the pre-order form. Cash or check payment is collected at pickup. Pickup occurs on Saturday morning, starting 9:00 AM. Plants which are not picked up by Saturday afternoon will be made available for general purchase.

When you arrive at Tamanend Park, follow the driveway towards the back of the park. After you cross the concrete single-lane bridge (near the pond), turn right to go around the Barn. There is limited parking at the farm house and carriage house; it may be necessary to park in the lot just past the barn.

FAQ

How much do plants cost?
Most of the plants, we are selling for $4.00 – or three for $10.00. There are some larger and rarer plants which are selling at a higher price.

Do you accept credit cards?
We are unable to accept credit cards. Please bring cash or your checkbook to pay for your purchases.

What are your mask requirements?
The plants are sold outside the farmhouse, while the crafts and baked goods are sold inside the farmhouse. Please follow the current CDC guidelines for masks and distancing, when you visit our plant sale.

Can I order my plants in advance?
Yes. You can access the pre-order form by clicking here. Pickup is Saturday morning, starting at 9:00 AM. If you do not pay and pickup the plants by Saturday afternoon, they will be made available for general sale.

Who benefits from the plant sale?
Proceeds go to a scholarships for local horticultural students and other educational programs.
